- Your preferred date/time for your initial practice room booking.
- Payment card details so we can arrange the collection of practice room hire fees accordingly.*
*Your payment card details are securely stored by our payment partner Stripe. Only once any bookings are arranged will any charges be applied to your payment card.
Please note, if you are an adult making a room booking enquiry, in this form you are considered both the "Student" and "Parent".
